  2. Personal data being processed: name and surname, e-mail address.
  3. Personal data will be processed on the basis of art. 6 clause 1 letter A GDPR in order to answer the question sent through contact form and further contact related to the implementation of the order.
  4. Providing personal data is voluntary, however without it, provision of the service is impossible.
  5. Contact with Administrator in case of processing and protection personal data is possible through email: team@blackredstudio.com.
  6. You have the right to access, rectify, delete and limit the use of personal information. Furthermore, You have the right to withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing, the right to transfer data and to object to the processing of personal data.
  7. You have the right to make a complaint to Personal Data Protection Office.
  8. The service provider has the right to share User’s personal data and other information to entities authorized under applicable law (e.g. law enforcement authorities).
